Title to Merchandise:
Title to the merchandise shall pass to the consignee or buyer upon delivery by Airport Seating On Line to the carrier.

Freight Terms
Freight charges can be prepaid on shipments at buyers request. Freight cost must be pre-approved by the buyer and will be pre-paid and added to the invoice.

For shipments destined to United States possessions, territories or other countries delivery will be made to the consignee at the port of entry. IncoTerms must be stated on the purchase order.

Standard delivery is dock-to-dock. Special requests such as inside delivery must be requested when ordering.

Airport Seating On Line reserves the right to select the commercial carriers for "best way" shipments. The buyer may specify a commercial carrier for orders shipped freight collect.

Shipment Damage Claims
All merchandise is packed to comply with common carrier requirements. The consignee or buyer before acceptance should carefully inspect all shipments, and the delivering carrier should be requested to record any carton or product damage or shortage. If further damage is found after delivery, immediate inspection by the delivering carrier should be requested. Notification of concealed damages must be made to the delivering carrier within 15 days after delivery of merchandise. Carrier liability ceases after 15 days.

After signing a receipt for shipment, without any notes regarding product or carton damage, the delivering carrier is no longer responsible for damage or shortages.

Claims
Shortage claims reported after 10 days will not be honored.

Unopened Shipment Damage Claims
Neither Airport Seating On Line nor the carrier will be responsible for concealed damage claims if shipments are left unopened. Notification of concealed damages must be made to the delivering carrier within 15 days after delivery of merchandise.

Returns
Airport Seating On Line
will not permit return of materials without written consent from a Division Manager.

Return shipments when accepted are subject to a handling and restocking charge, the amount of which will be determined after the merchandise is received and inspected. All freight charges must be prepaid on return shipments; otherwise, they will not be accepted.
